FAQs
How do we use this?
It's super simple. Check your inbox; you'll receive an email with your PDF to download and print. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your promo or spam folders.
You'll actually be able to download it THREE different ways: (1) right after you purchase, it's available to download on your success page, (2) from the blue button at the bottom of your emailed receipt from ThriveCart that says "ACCESS" and (2) via the link in the email you'll receive from [email protected].
Will you mail it to me?
No, this is a digital only product. It will be delivered to your inbox via email.
Why is this a digital product (and not a physical one)?
I'm so glad you asked! We have chosen to sell it as a digital download rather than a physical product due to the benefit it provides you.
There are two key reasons:
Due to commercial printing costs, as well as shipping and handling costs, printing physical copies of [product name] would cost significantly more than the digital download option. One of our core values at The Moments at Home is providing fun, engaging, AFFORDABLE learning activities for children and their families and if we shifted to a physical product, the cost would be prohibitive for many families with small children.
If this were a physical product that was shipped to your doorstep, the investment would start at $300 per child. Although we believe that investment would be 100% worth it, we prefer to keep it more affordable.
Oftentimes, parents or teachers need multiple copies of certain worksheets because they are working with more than one child. A digital download format allows flexibility so that purchasers can choose how many (and which) pages to print out rather than having to purchase multiple physical copies.
Additionally, we believe parents and teachers should have the freedom to pick and choose which parts of a program is best for their child at different times. Some buyers print out everyone. Others only print out certain sections. By providing this as a digital download product, buyers have the freedom to choose what is best for them.
What ages is this for?
Kindergarten is generally for age 5, but some parents choose to start earlier and some kids need more time and start later.
How do I print it?
You can use your own printer, print it at a local library, or email it to any office supply store. It's a PDF file and anyone should be able to print it for you.
What if I need support?
