My sons and I were treated to a fun red carpet premiere of the new The LEGO® Movie 4D™ attraction at LEGOLAND® California Resort, and I’m giving you an insider review! We were treated to yummy snacks and a walk on the red carpet where we met Emmet, Wylestyle and Unikitty; the stars of the show! Lucky for us, there was no evil plot in sight.

But we learned soon enough that evil was lurking just inside the new attraction at LEGOLAND parks. The LEGO® Movie 4D™ brings the audience into the evil action as Emmet and his friends visit a new theme park. You may have to give them a little friendly help if there are any problems!

During the premiere of the new LEGOLAND attraction the audience asked LEGO executive producer, Jill Wilfert and Joshua Wexler of Pure Imagination Studio, a few questions about the making of The LEGO® Movie™ 4D, upcoming LEGO movies, and their favorite attractions at the LEGOLAND® California Resort

In The LEGO® Movie 4D™ Emmet and his friends receive an invitation to a theme park near LEGOLAND®. Once inside the new park, they meet Risky Business, the brother of President Business. Risky Business is trying to break up Emmet and his group of friends in another evil plot! The audience becomes part of the adventure with the 4D effects. I’ll give you a hint: It gets a little windy and wet on this adventure!

 

 

Emmet’s friends are all there to check out the new theme park. Wyldstyle, Metal Beard, UniKitty and Benny enter at their own risk. Will everything be awesome?
