Happy Monday! It’s another week for our Virtual Book Club for Kids and this week’s theme is leaves! We’re reading Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert and sharing fun leaf activities to go along with the story. I had so much fun with last week’s printable activity that I decided to make a new one for this week in our book club. This Week’s Virtual Book Club for Kids Book
Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert is a book popular for it’s use of real leaves in the illustrations. Kids love to read about where the wind blows Leaf Man and to find the shapes in the leaves throughout the story. It’s a great book to add to a fall unit study, or to cozy up on the couch to read on a cool fall evening. The book also inspires kids to go outside to collect leaves and create their own leaf man!
