Tips for making this Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Even though this is a super simple recipe, there are always a few key points to keep in mind.

What happens if my yogurt is too thin?

If you don’t like the consistency of your yogurt, you can thicken it up a couple of ways. Adding in a bit more greek yogurt and a couple more frozen strawberries to blend together can add more thickness easily.

If that still isn’t enough, put it in the freezer for up to 20 minutes and see if that does the trick.

What happens if my yogurt is too thick?

On the opposite end of the spectrum, some people don’t like thick yogurt. You can thin it out with a little milk (almond milk, etc.) or even just a tad bit of water.

Can this yogurt recipe be altered to use other fruit?

Absolutely. This is what makes this recipe so great. You can easily use frozen blueberries, frozen peaches, and even frozen cherries or pineapples to create a wide variety of different yogurt tastes and flavors.

Can you freeze this yogurt for later?

You bet. Just add your yogurt to a freezer-safe container and it should last and be just fine in the freezer for several weeks of time. When it’s time to enjoy, simply remove and let it thaw to enjoy.

Ingredient Prep

Another plus of this recipe? There’s literally no prep required besides making certain that you have the three ingredients on hand!
