  • Start by setting your Instant Pot to saute and heat that until it’s “hot”.
  • Next, add in olive oil and your sliced meat. Do so in small batches and make certain to brown it on both sides. Set aside but keep it warm.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 bell peppers in various colors, seeded and sliced
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
