  • 2 to 3 pounds flank steak or London Broil sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 bell peppers in various colors, seeded and sliced
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, optional

Instructions
