  • Almond flour
  • Coconut flour
  • Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • Baking powder
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cream cheese
  • Vanilla extract
  • Egg
  • Melted butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Granulated Swerve sugar substitute

How To Make Low Carb Bagel Bites

The ease of the steps below is going to make your day. When you crave something delicious, there’s no need to spend all day in the kitchen!

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and continue to heat at 30-second intervals until the cheese is completely melted and well blended.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and Swerve sweetener.
  • Add in the melted cheese, and knead it into the dry ingredients with your hands.

  • Once combined, add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture on high until thoroughly mixed.

  • Place the dough into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the dough from the fridge and form it into 16 even-sized balls.

Don’t skimp on letting the dough balls chill in the fridge. This is an important part of chilling them so that they hold their shape while they’re baking. If they don’t chill, they may flatten out while they’re baking and become more of a “cookie” shape.

Ingredients

  • 1 c Almond flour
  • 3 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 ½ c Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp Melted butter
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Swerve sugar substitute

Instructions
